Please Note Monaco Salon’s Cancellation Policy

Your reservations are very important to our artists at Monaco Salon. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule your reservation, we miss the opportunity to accommodate other guests on our waiting lists.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, Monaco Salon sends a reminder via text and email (if enabled) prior to your reservation. Monaco Salon also gives a courtesy call 48 hours prior to your scheduled time if you do not respond via text. We will attempt to contact you but ultimately you are responsible for showing up for your reservation.

Non-Refundable Deposit

All reservations will require a credit card and a completed Guest Information Form to HOLD the reservation for your appointment. On the day of your appointment, this deposit will be applied as a credit towards your service invoice. For all new guest reservations, a deposit of up to $100 (not to exceed the starting price of the service booked) will be applied.

This deposit is non-refundable when cancelling within 48 hours of the reservation.

Cancellation Fee

For all hair extension reservations: Less than a 48-hour notice will result in a $200 cancellation fee.

For all other reservations: Less than a 48-hour notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy, and you authorize Monaco Salons to charge a deposit upon scheduling to hold your reservation, and to charge a cancellation fee if you fail to show or fail to give at least 48 hours notice.
